Day 3

Should be a slightly easier day than yesterday. 6 miles shorter with fewer challenging hills. Looking forward to the Dartmoor section.

I also cross from Cornwall into Devon this morning. I’m pretty sure I won’t notice but at least it’s another milestone.

It’s official:

It’s not everyday you see one of these:

Scrap yard very much out of keeping in this setting.

Beautiful vistas.

How is the leg going?Looks like you’re riding on some lovely bike-friendly roads. And decent weather too.1 English county down; about 14 to go.Possibly inspired by your ride, Debbie has replaced her 10 year old e-bike with a new one today.

The leg is doing fantastically well. Thanks. Today’s physical challenge is managing calf cramp.

Go Debbie , next stop Nullabor?

Good luck Tony, all the best – I’m glad it’s going easier.

Over half way to Bristol; great progress! Watch out for the 25% hills in Yorkshire; hopefully your route avoids them
